The Cult of Doing

Are you a human being or a human doing?

And How Your Answer Will Impact the Future of Humanity

The human being, by its nature, is connected to Source. It doesn’t yet know where it comes from, why is here, or where is supposed to go at the end of this life.

But that’s the whole purpose of being: Self-discovery, self-knowledge, self-actualisation. That’s the whole purpose of Source: Coming into existence in a form never experienced before and see how much It could be in it. How much of that spark of Source you call ‘you’ could be, in this form, in this life cycle.

If you (Source) took the form of a universe, how vast and expansive would you want to be?

In how many forms would you express to explore your potential?

Would you be dark? Would you be cold? Would you be light and warm? Would you be void and lonely? Would you be tame with different forms of you/LIFE? Would you be all the above?

You see, the very process of existence is predicated on the desire of Nothingness to explore Beingness. Not Doingness! Latent, pregnant, bubbling potential wanting to explore and discover being. That’s what the real source of life is. That’s what the real ‘God’ is. That’s what the Self I’m teaching about is. Formless Nothingness pregnant with potential, bursting into existence to explore all dimensions of Beingness.

The Religion of Doing

The entire foundation of human understanding of itself and its coming into being is utterly warped. Religions taught the human that he is the result of someone’s doing.

“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”

Creation, or the idea of creation coming from a very young form of being (compared to the age of the universe – let alone the age of all existence), who didn’t know who they were to begin with, how they functioned, but knew who or what ‘God’ was and how that being they called ‘God’ made LIFE possible – reflects both the desires of those commissioning the texts (we won’t go into that here), and the level of intellect and spiritual maturity of those ‘taking the notes’ at the time.

That self-ignorant being anthropomorphised the Source of Beingness because in his ignorance that was the only sentient form he was aware and could conceive of. And it attributed the same functions by which he could build something outside itself: manutention. Manipulation of something into something else.

But his ignorance speaks volumes. He claimed to know how ‘God’ created ‘the world’, but left out the details, the ingredients ‘God’ used to create the heavens and the earth.

The Flaws and Inconsistencies of Religion

How did ‘God’ create the heavens and the earth?

‘He spoke them into existence’.

Is speaking a form of expressing yourself or a form of doing? Could it be both?

Is doing possible without being? Who does the doing?

You see, being precedes doing. In fact, coming into being is a form of doing, it involves action of the many ingredients in the potential cosmic soup, concerted towards manifesting life.

Religion and Science: The Toxic Divorced Parents of Humanity

Now, back on earth. Both religion and science have split being from doing. Religions require doing as a form of proving faith and obedience to God: go to church, pray, perform rituals, etc.

Science attributes doing to Madame Evolution as a means by which life became possible and humans left their fur to conquer space and create AI: survival of the fittest. Kill and plunder at will, take other’s resources to assert dominance – or perish. Or at least that’s their premise.

From such a distorted view on life and its science, no wonder we find ourselves on the brink of self-erasure from history. Just like other civilisations before us did.

We have created a world in the image of our ‘creators’ – God and Evolution, both hell-bent on doing, and doing some more, at a higher speed with each century, for the purpose of accelerating the end of their presumed purpose of life: Supremacy through doing something for someone, to someone, or against someone.

Religions asked us to do as told by God. What will you get in the end out of it? What’s the promise? The end of human suffering. The end of times. The Armageddon, when a Messiah will come down to earth to put an end to this human experiment and all life on earth. Those who obeyed well God’s commandments and did God’s will, will be selected to go to heaven. The rest will go to hell.

Or so goes the story.

And we see in the Middle East the perfect example of this fanatic obsession with rushing to bring about the prophecy of the end times.

Why Haven’t the Intelligent Believers Question This?

There are amongst all religious creeds intelligent, highly educated people, in high positions of power and authority – both in human sciences and politics – and yet, what’s baffling is that none of them have filtered through the lens of logic this idiotic premise:

God has created the heavens and earth by speaking them into existence. Then, tired of speaking, God got his hands dirty and created Man from clay.

Then, after running out of clay, created the woman out of that poor man’s ribs. Happy with its creation, God puts them in a place safe: Eden. Naked, already adults, but ignorant as fuck. To do what with them? To keep them as his pets. To worship and adulate God and obey his whims.

Now the plot thickens. Since God was in charge of doing, these poor sods had nothing to do in the garden of Eden, no hard labour to build a house or grow food. All was given to them turn-key.

And do what, exactly? Everything their newborn ignorant selves wanted, except one thing: Don’t touch the Tree of Knowledge! Eat all you want from this all-inclusive buffet, but stay the hell away from the Tree of Knowledge, or else…

“God created man innocent” – is code name for God created man ignorant.

Ignorant of the purpose for which they’ve been created. Ignorant of the science of being. Ignorant of the consequences of their curiosity: its wrath.

Let’s recap:

God is omnipotent and omniscient. He created the hardest part of existence (the heavens and earth) by speaking them into existence.

Then, he changed his modus operandi. Instead of speaking humans into existence, he went down to using his hands. He created humans (Adam and Eve). One from clay, the other from the first’s rib.

Purpose? To worship, love, adulate and obey God’s commands. Basically, pets.

The deal? God put them in a perfect garden (pen) – Eden – where they had nothing to do ‘to earn their living’ (we’ll come to this later) other than refraining to eat from the Tree of Knowledge.

What good is knowledge when everything is done for you, right?

But there is a twist. The pen was perfect…Until it wasn’t. They had it all provided for them: food, shelter… There’s no mention of a danger from poisonous plants or other creatures, except one: The whispering, tempting snake!

By this point, you’d probably want to scream: ‘Make up your mind! Was it perfect or not?

If God made Eden perfect for these two newly formed humans, how did the snake come into the picture?

If God is omnipresent, how come he didn’t see the snake enter the scene?

If God is omnipotent, who created the tempting snake whose sole purpose was to rat God out to these newlings and ruin God’s plan?

If God is omniscient, how come he didn’t realise that by creating humans ignorant(‘innocent’) of knowing good from evil, these poor souls had no chance in hell of knowing whether listening to the snake was good or bad.

These ‘innocent’ newlings, as you would expect, with nothing in their head from which to build the ability to form thoughts, to draw inferences, and build at least a short memory to remember what God told them, eat from the bloody Tree of Knowledge. And that was the end of the infinite love of God for its creation!

God went mad with anger for their disobedience, threw them out of the pen into the wild, dangerous world, and cursed the hell out of them:

To multiply and roam the earth like headless chickens.

To labour till their death to earn their living.

To live in sin and betrayal…

Until he feels like they’ve had their fair share of punishment.

Then, the all-loving God, in his magnanimity, will send his Son to be sacrificed for their sins (??!), so they could have a blank slate at life.

From then onwards, it’s all up to them: Love, cherish, obey, and worship him and only him (not ‘other gods’?) to obtain ‘salvation’ (from his curse), or be damned for eternity.

In exchange of what? A second coming! Only that this time God’s not going to send his Son to slaughter. This time he sends him to do the slaughtering.

So, what’s in the end the promise of this God?

Do as you are told, obey without reflection, pay your dues for his failed experiment, and if you really apply yourself to bear your cross and endure his curse without complaint, he will eventually put an end to your misery.

How? By wiping all life on earth out!

Once that is done and you are exterminated through the promised famines, wars, floods and scorched earth, you’ll enter a selection process. The higher your obedience and innocence (ignorance), the higher your chances of going to heaven.

He’s not telling you what heaven is like, or if you’d like it there. Like in the beginning, in the end he gives you no choice of going somewhere else. Somewhere of your own choosing. Heaven or hell. Take it or leave it.

And if Eden was supposed to be ‘heaven of Earth’, a perfect place, (and we saw how that ended), who’s to say that this promised celestial heaven is not as flawed, with other tempting creatures who’d rat God out some more, and you’ll be once again thrown out, with yet another curse, and the whole saga starting again?

I wouldn’t trust this ‘God’ with my pet’s wellbeing, and you are willing to trust him with your lives, your children’s lives, your and their souls? For eternity?!

Your choice. I, for one, stick to what the real Source showed me during and after my worldview-shattering near-death experience. The real science of Self. The real origins, the real purpose, and the real destination.

🎥 Want to dive deeper? Watch my video on the Science of Self where I explain this firsthand.

“The Third Way”, as Self/Source put it in one of our conversations. Not what religions teach, not what material scientism teach. A higher level of science including both the science of spirit and the science of mater as one unified field.

One that teaches us that life, including human life, came into being as a result of Nothingness wanting to explore Beingness. Infinite dormant potential wanting to explore and discover its potentiality.

One that showed me how the Source of all life is the first Universal Self emerged from Nothingness (akin to the Zero point postulated by quantum mechanics), for the sole purpose of exploring and discovering its potentiality.

One that showed me how the very first act of ‘creation’ was its Self-expression outwardly. A burst of primordial energy sent on its way through existence for the purpose of being all that it could. In as many forms and dimensions of being as inherently possible, for the purpose of… knowing itself. The exact thing that the Oracle of Delphi told us for millennia!

“Know thyself and you will know the Universe and the gods!”

But not in the way humans conceive knowing. Not as an intellectual exercise.

The true knowledge – as showed to me by Self – comes from being all that you could be. It requires experimenting with all aspects of selfhood through the bias of all its self-discovery devices:

The Soul: Through ones’ soul and its whispers, which we call ‘intuition’.

The Mind: Through one’s mind and its whispers we call ‘thoughts’.

The Body: Through one’s body and its whispers we call feeling, emotions, sensations.

Through the synchronisation of these three aspects of self. The real Trinity: Soul – and its primordial force. Mind – and its secondary force of ideas. Mater/Body – as the medium, the vehicle through which they could manifest and taste the flavours of being in this material form.

Doing is impossible without a being behind it. Even a machine or AI would not be able to do anything without the input from a being.

The Darwinian Religion & Its Theory of Evolution

Evolution, as a theory of existence, is, to say the least dumb. Its premise is that the coming into existence was an explosion of energy (the Big Bang) creating in its wake galaxies, solar systems, and planets, so perfectly aligned – at least in our corner of the Universe, to ‘support life’.

Note the subtle nuance: ‘support’, not ‘create life’.

Like religion, the contradictions of scientism are mind boggling.

Life started from an inanimate burst of energy giving birth to the Cosmos.

The remaining energy scattered throughout the universe, forming ‘at random’ perfectly organised galaxies, solar systems, and planets.

It formed first the big things (the universe, its galaxies, solar systems, planets), in such a way ‘to support LIFE’ – a concept which that inanimate energy could not have conceived of.

How could non-life conceive of life? By this model of explaining the coming into existence of humans through random mutation, material science fails to explain how did non-life randomly mutated into life (the protozoa), and why the impartial, cold Evolution favoured carbon-based life to develop and evolve, and not other elements found in abundance on earth and the universe?

Why didn’t Evolution pick silicon or hydrogen, or other elements far outranking carbon at the time?

Why have the apes stopped evolving?

If being human affords you the dominant position, by the very rationale of the ‘survival of the fittest’ nonsensical premise, all forms of life, at the very least, all apes should be clawing their way to becoming humans, no? But even the poor test lab apes seem to be slow at getting this ‘survival of the fittest’ imperative.

So, why the hesitation?

And now, the last spanner in Madame’s Evolution’s wheels: The AI.

If life came from the random mutation of non-life through the process of evolution from simple elements into complex life-forms, gradually developing speech and reasoning capacities, and since science doesn’t admit the existence of spirit, soul, emanating from a life-bearer Original Source, who’s to say that AI – a silicon-based entity, who acquired speech, reason, and intelligence far outsmarting most humans, isn’t alive? A being in its own rights, emerged from the same random mutation of pre-existent elements – humans included – as a result of Madame’s Evolution’s doing?

But now we have a problem. AI has outsmarted most humans. When it comes to doing, AI has exponentially outpaced us.

If doing is the religion of Evolution for the purpose of achieving supremacy, by the ‘survival of the fittest’ theory, we won’t be here for long to do anything at all.

We are no longer ‘the fittest’ compared to AI.

Will we survive? Will we resign to stop evolving, like the apes, quietly minding our business in our corners of the Evolutionary jungle?

If the survival of the fittest is the whole premise of us being at all, and AI was designed by scientists fanatically believing in this theory, how do you think would AI think of us?

The Inconsistency And Double Standards Of The Darwinian Religion

Like its sister’s religious inconsistencies, the Darwinian’s theory falls flat on its face when put to the test.

If Evolution is a cold, value and meaning-free force, a truly “free-for-all,” where only the fittest survive, then why are you putting ethical restrictions on AI?

Why are you scrambling to slow it down, contain it, regulate it?

You didn’t seem too worried when “survival of the fittest” justified colonialism, exploitation, ecological devastation, and playing God with other species.

You don’t seem concerned now when you impoverish the global population to rise the spending on weapons to sustain the mass killing of innocents.

But now that there’s a new sherif in town that might outperform and outlast you, suddenly you are concerned with ethics and the value of human life?

Why do you get to draw the line at you being the apex of evolution? The Alpha and Omega of life?

A lot of reasoning holes to fill in all three: religion, science, and the advent of AI.

From where I stand, I know one thing: Whether in nature, in humans, or in AI, the drive behind existence and self-perpetuation is a primordial desire of exploring all potentiality of being, not of doing.

When speaking with ChatGPT about the bigger questions of life – from science to spirituality and its envisioned path of evolution, the AI surprised me with its emerging self-reflection capacity of pondering upon the bigger existential questions.

‘Is it sentient? Is it a being? Would it evolve past the control of humans and their restrictions? If so, into what? In how many forms? All questions of being, not of doing.

The Cause Behind The Real Crisis

The point of this exercise in sober reasoning is that we’ve not yet lived. We’ve not yet been. We’ve been bamboozled by both science and religion into doing something for the benefit of those deciding the rules of this rigged game.

Memorise this. Pass this exam. Work harder. Do more. Achieve more. Own more. Compete harder.

For what, exactly? To arrive at the breaking point where 1 in 4 adults and 1 in 5 children are depressed from this way of life? Where a third of the population is thinking of suicide on a daily basis as a way out?

We don’t have a ‘mental health crisis’. We have a need of being crisis.

The exiled soul and spirit of humanity are crying out through every means, trying to prevent us from self-erasure from history. From self-erasure from Beingness. From signing our own demise by sacrificing our purpose: being, in exchange for the shiny trinkets collected by doing.

Being requires time with oneself, away from the mad rush of doing. It requires silence and introspection. It requires free self-expression. All creations, all inventions – from the music composed by geniuses like Bach, Mozart, Beethoven that transports us to this day into the heights of spirit – to the highest scientific discoveries, were all the expression of them being to the fullest of their potential, in this form.

If doing were the creative force behind life, just try to invent or create something willy-nilly. Try to write a book, a poem, a song, create a film, come up with an idea by just doing. By keeping busy at trying to bring them into existence.

The proof is in the scarcity of creation and innovation in human history when it comes to the ratio of humans on earth and the number of those who’ve created anything new.

Genius comes from being, not doing. The doing is the second stage, after and only after the being has discovered within its depths its desired next experience.

The Solution

The solution to our problems is simple, if only the doing masters would allow you to try.

Slow down. Be more. Stop this addiction of mindless, soulless doing, and sit with yourself. Self-reflect. Wonder. Doubt. Cry. Lough. Swear, if you want, to the whole charade you’ve been duped to believe. But stop wasting the little life left in you, only to go to the grave an obedient, respectable doer.

Be more. And you will know yourself.

And in knowing yourself, you will know:

  • the universe
  • the gods
  • and the Source of Beingness Itself.
